These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Black Creek Shooting Club LLC website. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Website purpose
The website provides general information about Black Creek, including facility information, pricing, hours, events, range rules, and contact details. Website content is informational only and may not reflect the most recent on-site conditions, availability, closures, or requirements.
Separate facility rules and agreements
Use of the physical range is governed by separate range rules, membership terms, liability waivers, staff instructions, posted notices, and applicable law. Those requirements are not replaced or limited by these Terms. You must follow all instructions from range staff and range safety officers while on the property.
Website content is not a substitute for professional firearm training, direct safety instruction, or the exercise of sound judgment. If website content conflicts with an on-site rule, posted notice, staff instruction, or signed agreement, the on-site requirement or signed agreement controls to the extent permitted by law.
Eligibility and minors
The website is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Eligibility to become a member or use the range is governed by Black Creek's then-current membership requirements, range rules, supervision requirements, and applicable law. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for a minor's use of the website.
Pricing, hours, events, and availability
Prices, hours, events, services, range availability, rules, and other information may change without notice. Weather, maintenance, safety concerns, holidays, private events, or other circumstances may affect operations. Contact Black Creek before traveling if current availability is important to your visit.
The website does not currently complete membership purchases, event registrations, firearm transactions, or ammunition transactions online. In-person transactions are subject to the terms and disclosures provided at the facility.
